My name is Oliver Cramer and in my opinion, data is anything but simple to begin with. That’s why I have made it my mission to bring data closer to people.
Mission
The Analytics Engineering team supports the business units by building and developing operational analytics capabilities and enhancing cross-departmental collaboration.
It is also responsible for the organizational design required for this, because the knowledge is currently only available here.
Vision
The analytics engineering team manages to build bridges to the business units and gradually integrate these business units into the analytics environment.
Strategy
An environment in which collaboration between the business units and the analytics engineering team should be promoted by an appropriate environment.
Expertise should be shared between business units and the data analytics team, leading to better analytics products.
Collaboration should be seen as the norm in the future and should benefit all parties involved.
